Teaching
I have been involved in teaching at Vanderbilt University and Notre Dame University-Louaize. At Vanderbilt, I have prepared and delivered lectures for one graduate level course and one undergraduate course. I have also instructed undergraduate laboratory courses in Lebanon, where I designed and ran hands-on experiments in environmental engineering. Teaching is something I enjoy; it is both rewarding and challenging.

CE 6380-01 — Applied Machine Learning
Spring 2024 | Instructor: Dr. Sankaran Mahadevan
Covering modern machine learning methods with emphasis on science and engineering applications, including supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, deep learning, and implementation with Python.
Part-Time Lab Instructor — Notre Dame University-Louaize, Lebanon
CEN 365 — Environmental Engineering Laboratory
Spring 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021
Hands-on experiments covering landfill cover design, wastewater treatment (settling, coagulation/flocculation, filtration), and air/sound pollution monitoring. Includes data analysis, technical report writing, and site visits.
Part-Time Lab Instructor — Notre Dame University-Louaize, Lebanon
PEN 472 — Drilling & Production Engineering Laboratory
Fall 2021
Laboratory course on drilling and completion fluids, well control, and production operations. Students design experiments, adjust drilling fluid properties, and develop technical report writing skills.
